This precious sp irit is made from the distillation of press ed sangiovese grapes, still fresh and wine dripp ing. Grapes were subjected to a careful distillation in steam boilmakers with low degree columns and disc ontinuous method. Since in this method the vinass e is not ensiled it guarantees the respect of the Sangiovese flavour and aroma
